Business & Professional Coaching
Often when executing a vision, paths become muddled and clarity diminished. This is a common condition in both business and professional lives. Exacerbating this problem stems from turning to colleagues within the same world who may suffer from similar blind spots or hurdles offers little resolution. Coaching is a valuable process to break those barriers down and encourage a productive path to seeing the vision realized.
Through a guided process, clients identify their blockages, redefine their relationship to the vision, and chart a path towards actualization. Regardless of the vision being that of a business entity or personal professional goals, coaching works as a functional practice to increase productivity, communication, and achievement.

Consulting
Sometimes we need an experienced “sounding board” that can give quality business or career guidance. All businesses require basic core competencies and functionalities and are universal across disciplines. Specific industry skills or a lack of bandwidth can be a stumbling block in achieving goals.
Consulting can assist in skill identifications and provide a temporary increase in the bandwidth to alleviate short term stressors and complications. By engaging a “hired gun” to increase effective capacity, goals and schedules can be better achieved and planned. Many projects can be managed this way effectively and the addition of short term expertise can amplify a path without distraction from core functionalities.
Training
Presenting oneself most effectively regardless of the nature (formal, personal, speech, small group, moderating) takes practice. Just like many other skills, we assume because we communicate every day, that we are masters of the process. In fact, that is exactly the misunderstanding that prevents us from garnering the best results from our communications.
Training can take many forms, from language instruction and pronunciation, to commanding the space and exuding confidence. Learning how to craft an effective message and deliver it is an underappreciated skill. However, when we witness another person’s mastery of this skill we leave the interactions more fulfilled and wanting more engagement with those masters. From the basics of body language, to orating a call to action, skilled communications are foundational to great leadership.
